Meet our Founder

Jason Landsman has been managing his family's real estate portfolio in the Bronx, New York, since 2017. After a few short years, he managed to turn a profit with the portfolio before moving to South Carolina and replicating the model that he had built in his new home state to further expand his family's portfolio.

Jason went on to acquire his South Carolina Property Manager in Charge license in 2024 so that he could share his knowledge and skills with other real estate investors.
