We are professional property managers in South Carolina. We service York County, Lancaster County, Columbia, Lexington, Spartanburg, and Greenville.

No, we are licensed in South Carolina (though we hope to add North Carolina soon).

No, we are specifically licensed as property managers in the state of South Carolina. We can only help owners with rental properties, although we have a network of real estate agents that we work with and would be more than happy to connect you with.

Yes! We offer exclusively  leasing agent services as well as full property management services. See our Price Page for more information on pricing. 

We specialize in residential property management and service long term rentals for single family homes, multi-family homes, as well as apartments, condominiums, and townhomes.

We would be more than happy to provide you with a free consultation on your property before signing a contract. Once a contract has been signed, we would perform the following functions:

  • Develop a management strategy for your property
  • Acquire tenant(s)
  • Collect rent and security deposits
  • Routine property inspections (monthly or more as deemed necessary)
  • Advise on preventative and corrective maintenance
  • Facilitate any necessary repairs
  • Negotiate contracts with vendors
  • Tenant communications
  • Serve as a liaison between you and the tenants
  • Monthly profit reporting
  • Anything outside of the above listed that is necessary in maintaining your property
